If your desired column configuration measurements do not fall within specifications for a standard configuration, a custom configuration must be used instead.

Custom Configuration Styles
Select one of 15 custom configuration styles*
Once a configuration is selected, a drawing of the configuration will appear. Restek does not recommend coiling SilcoSmooth tubing smaller than 2.5 inches inner diameter. If a custom configuration specifies a coil size smaller than 2.5 inches, warranty is voided and performance is not guaranteed.

Prioritization Note: Figures 1-15 may be used to specify measurements for a packed column to be made in a custom configuration. We will manufacture the column to hit all the specifications to the best of our ability prioritizing specifications in the following order: Arm span (S), arm length (X,Y), coil size (B), then coil height (A). There is no guarantee that all specifications will be met for a custom configuration.
